At Lavetir, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-sized dresses and final sale items are non-returnable to maintain our commitment to sustainable production.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Lavetir account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
